This project was a design build project which opened summer of 2007 in Fargo, ND. Mexican Village offers food as well as a full bar. Equipment specification, installation, project management and furniture package were all part of Dakota Food Equipment’s work. Dakota Food Equipment supplied the bulk of the small wares package as well. This 350 seat restaurant offers a variety of Mexican dishes and now currently has two locations in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Fireside Bar & Grill: Bagley, MN
This upscale restaurant and bar was a design build project which opened the fall of 2003. They offer a full menu including steaks and seafood. Dakota Food Equipment designed the custom bar for the customer. Fireside is located in the beautiful, country setting of Bagley, MN. Suite 49: Grand Forks, ND
This full restaurant & bar was a design build project. It is located next door to the Ralph Englestad Arena which is one of the top hockey arenas in the country. Their unique bar top is made from lighted, cut glass that changes colors throughout the night. The bar and back bar were custom made and designed by Dakota Food Equipment. Dakota Food Equipment supplied both the kitchen equipment and the front of the house custom furniture and bar. Suite 49 is located in Grand Forks, ND. The Ground Round: Bemidji, MN
This bar and restaurant is located in the beautiful, North woods of Bemidji, MN. It is locally owned and operated. Dakota Food Equipment supplied both the kitchen and front of the house equipment including the custom copper bar.
Spirit Lake Casino: St. Michael, ND
This buffet remodel was done in the fall of 2006. Dakota Food Equipment custom designed the buffet line along with specification of all the furnishings and equipment. This restaurant is part of a casino located in Devils Lake, ND. Grand Itasca Medical Center: Grand Rapids, MN
